Pietro Nolita – NYC’s Pinkest Italian Hotspot

Pietro Nolita – NYC’s Pinkest Italian Hotspot

Despite not even being fully open, chances are you’ve already spotted this new, all-pink hot-spot on your social media feeds.

Pietro Nolita, is the newest Italian eatery in New York City and its already garnering attention from bloggers, socialites, fashionistas and the like from around the world because of its swoon-worthy pink façade, interior, and décor.

Owned by Pietro Quaglia and Mina Soliman, Pietro Nolita is what Instagram dreams are made of. Everything from the walls, doors, and windows to the tables, chairs and even the pots for the plants are painted an inviting shade of pink. Some dishes and cocktails will even take on the dreamy hue, including pink spaghetti with tomato sauce and ricotta.

Tucked away on Elizabeth Street, this pink paradise will be everything but traditional. With a focus on healthy dining, Pietro Nolita will serve a series of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But rather than embodying a traditional Italian restaurant, Pietro Nolita embodies a quintessential 50’s dinner – only with Italian food.

When dining here you can expect to see a few stylish regulars, as both Pietro and Mina worked together at Dolce and Gabbana years ago, and they still have many friends in the fashion industry. So make sure to pay attention to whose sitting next to you... you never know who it might be!

If you happen to be in the neighbourhood and you plan on snagging a table, make sure to not only arrive early (Pietro Nolita doesn’t accept reservations) but also arrive with a fully charged phone so you can take plenty of selfies and snaps so you can share your dining experience on social media.
